قابلِ استدلال ہونے یا نہ ہونے کے اعتبار سے خبر واحد کی اقسام
QABL-E-ISTIDLAL
یہ بات یاد رکھنے کی ہے کہ ہر خبر قابل استدلال نہیں ہوتی بلکہ بعض اخبار سے استدلال کیا جاسکتاہے اوربعض میں یہ صلاحیت نہیں ہوتی لہذا اس اعتبار سے خبر واحد کی اقسام یہ ہیں:
(۱)خبر مقبول
(۲)خبر مردود
(۱)۔۔۔۔۔۔خبرِ مقبول:
وہ حدیث جس کے مخبر کا صدق راجح ہو۔
حکم:
خبرِ مقبول قابلِ استدلال ہوتی ہے اور اس سے ثابت ہونے والے حکم پر عمل کرنا واجب ہوتاہے۔

(۲)۔۔۔۔۔۔خبرِمردود:
وہ حدیث جس کے مخبر کا صدق راجح نہ ہو۔
حکم:
خبرِ مردود قابلِ استدلال نہیں ہوتی لہذا اسے بطورِ حجت پیش نہیں کیا جاسکتا۔

نوٹ:
کسی حدیث کے مردود ہونے کے دو اسباب ہیں:
(۱)۔۔۔۔۔۔سند سے کسی راوی کاسقوط
(۲)۔۔۔۔۔۔راوی میں طعن۔

If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text.
